Golden Nugget owner Landry's Inc. announced plans to purchase the Isle Casino Hotel in Biloxi, Mississippi for 45 million dollars. The sale will close in four to six months, pending regulatory approval. Plans are to rebrand the Isle as a Golden Nugget.
